Terms of use and purchase

Terms for The Task Graph

These terms apply when you use The Task Graph, submit a role assessment, or buy an automated digital report.

Operator: PQ Investment Oy. Product and support contact: support@thetaskgraph.com. Billing and refund contact: billing@thetaskgraph.com.

1. The product

The Task Graph is self-serve software that generates a digital role analysis from information you submit and from occupational data, evidence, and transparent heuristics. A purchase covers one private, automated report and does not include consulting, coaching, legal or career advice, human review, or ongoing service. There is no subscription unless a future offer clearly says otherwise.

2. What the analysis may and may not be used for

You may use the report to understand tasks, explore work design, and plan experiments with appropriate human oversight. The report is informational, uncertain, and not a prediction of job loss or an instruction to automate a role.

You must not use The Task Graph to assess, score, rank, categorize, profile, or make decisions about a person. It must not be used for hiring, firing, promotion, compensation, education eligibility, access to essential services, or other employment or high-impact decisions. Do not submit another person's personal, confidential, sensitive, or employer-restricted information without authority.

3. Your submissions

You keep ownership of text you submit. You give the operator the limited permission needed to process, store, secure, and deliver your report and to provide support. If you separately select the optional product-improvement price, you also give the permission described in the Privacy Policy. That optional permission is not required for the standard report.

You are responsible for having the right to submit the content and for checking that it does not include unlawful material, trade secrets, sensitive personal data, or content that infringes another person's rights.

4. Purchase, tax, and delivery

Prices and deliverables are shown on the Pricing page and before checkout. Paddle is the reseller and merchant of record for the transaction. Paddle processes payment, calculates and collects applicable tax, issues the receipt or invoice, and processes approved refunds. The paid report unlocks only after signed payment confirmation. Keep the private report link secure; anyone who has the complete link may be able to open the report.

5. Refunds and access problems

The Refund Policy forms part of these terms. If payment succeeds but the report does not unlock, or the delivered report is materially defective, contact billing support with the Paddle transaction or receipt details and report id. Refunds are processed through Paddle, not directly outside Paddle. A refunded report may be locked.

6. Availability and changes

The service may change as occupational data, evidence, and software improve. Reasonable maintenance, security controls, legal requirements, provider outages, or abuse prevention may temporarily limit access. We may stop or restrict use that violates these terms, threatens security, or creates legal or payment risk.

7. Disclaimers and responsibility

Analyses are estimates and can be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. You are responsible for reviewing source coverage and using human judgment. To the maximum extent allowed by law, the service is provided without guarantees of a specific business, career, or automation outcome. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.

8. Privacy, changes to terms, and contact

The Privacy Policy explains data handling. Material changes to these terms apply prospectively from the posted effective date. The terms that applied at purchase continue to govern that purchase where required by law. Questions can be sent to support@thetaskgraph.com.
