Terms for The Task Graph

The Task Graph provides public role analyses and, for invited pilot participants, creates a personal task-level report from information they submit. The analysis uses public occupational data, visible evidence, and documented calculation rules. The personal-analysis pilot uses invitation codes and does not charge per report.

The organization product described on this site is still in development and is not currently offered for sale. Any future organization service would be covered by a separate agreement defining its scope, fees, confidentiality, and data handling.

A pilot code may be limited by cohort, duration, or reasonable-use controls. Do not sell a code or use automated means to create large numbers of reports. We may replace, limit, or withdraw codes to protect availability or the integrity of the pilot.

By activating a code, you agree to provide short, honest product feedback after using the analysis. Feedback does not require you to disclose confidential employer information, personal data, or anything you are not authorized to share.

You may use the analysis to understand tasks, consider career choices, and identify where published AI research warrants closer review. The analysis is informational and uncertain; modeled time saving is not an instruction to automate a role or task.

You must not use The Task Graph to assess, score, rank, categorize, or make decisions about a person. It must not be used for hiring, firing, promotion, compensation, education eligibility, access to essential services, or other high-impact decisions. Do not submit another person's personal, confidential, sensitive, or employer-restricted information without authority.

You keep ownership of text you submit. You give the operator the limited permission needed to process, store, secure, and deliver your analysis, provide support, and use the feedback you submit to improve the product as described in the Privacy Notice.

Keep the private report link secure. Anyone who has the complete link may be able to open the report. You are responsible for having the right to submit the content and for excluding unlawful material, trade secrets, sensitive personal data, or content that infringes another person's rights.

The pilot may change as occupational data, evidence, feedback, and software improve. Reasonable maintenance, security controls, legal requirements, provider outages, or abuse prevention may temporarily limit access. We may stop or restrict use that violates these terms or threatens service availability or security.

Analyses are estimates and can be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. You are responsible for reviewing source coverage and using human judgment. To the maximum extent allowed by law, the pilot is provided without guarantees of a specific business, career, or automation outcome. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.

The Privacy Notice explains data handling, retention, AI providers, your GDPR rights, and essential versus optional browser storage. Optional analytics is off until you allow it and can be withdrawn from Cookie settings in the footer. If you previously made a purchase under an earlier version of the service, the terms and mandatory rights that applied to that purchase continue to apply.
